PPI call only picked up because it was a local number

Call to my Mobile for someone that might have lived at this address some years ago.Person I spoke to gave me the right address but person sought not at the address for at least 7 years.Not sure how they can have right address,but MY number.Might have got it from my on-line CV?

I was called by this number by an automated voice telling me it was HMRC and that if I didn't press button 1 I would shortly be arrested. 15.27 on Friday 26 March 2021.

These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility. TPS is useless against these callers.
