Contacted via WhatsApp this number first: 07818964432 and then called from: 01315329304, pretending to be a real recruitment company( Huntress Recruitment )! I double checked the numbers with the REAL recruitment company and those numbers don't belong to Huntress Recruitment, same for this number 01315329304! Further details....the person who contacted said ''her name is Samantha'' the the WhatsApp account is registered under May Sinclair. DON'T GET SCAMMED,CAREFULL!

Indian accent + cold call = scammer

Male with Indian accent called claiming to be from EE offering me a cheap contract. Told him EE have my email address, to email me and then he said only the marketing department will have that...Told him I don't agree to just anyone claiming to be from EE to get money out of me for a contract I can't see. Then I put the phone down on him

SCAM. Nothing happened when I picked up - as in no one said or did anything. After a bit of research I found that other people also received a scam call from this number.

Definite scam. Claimed (falsely) to be Harry from Carphonewarehous3 in London calling because "we have a special offer on new phones today". I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? This is NOT a UK landline number but is a VOIP (voice over internet) call and the number is operated by IP Voice Networks Ltd, spoofing a UK Abingdon number. The callers claim to be from Car Phone Warehouse, offering cheap mobile deals. They are SCAMMERS trying to steal your money and personal details. DO NOT give them any personal information, and HANG UP

They called me while I was driving, so didn't pick up BUT they called 6 times over a period of 15 minutes! The voice mails was from a indian gentleman but I was unable to understand what they waned.

Claimed to be able to save me money on my mobile phone bill. Claimed originally to be from EE, but that isn't my provider, he then argued with me about my provider - he eventually hung up. I always keep them talking as much as possible to save the next poor victim.

01202627797 called today. It was automated and said they were from Visa fraud team. They were holding a payment of £800 (and something) pounds which was a suspicious payment on a gambling site in America. I was told to press 1 if this wasn't me and to be connected to the fraud team. Obviously I just hung up, searched the number which didn't come up with anything, I checked my bank accounts and rang the bank's fraud number. As I thought, it was a scam.
