Extremely rude man on the end of the call repeatedly shouting "do you know who this is" Allegedly a "financial institution". Repeated calls, DO NOT ANSWER.
This phone number called me about a loan I apparently was applying for and said they would send me an email, they asked for my account number and sort code, I still haven't received the email and I am not happy that these people have got my details, thank God it isn't my main account.
Scam - said they were from some sort of social housing repair team and asked what problems I've been having with my rental property, damp, repair needs etc. I pointed out I don't live in a rental property and they hung up.

Man with a thick Indian accent rang claiming to be from BT ringing about the internet slowing down at the house. He had my name and address and postcode. When I asked what my account number was he reeled off a number (which later check was wrong). I said I’d call by back and he gave me an 0333 number saying it was BT customer service. Rubbish! Very clever scammers trying to gain access to your internet where they can steal your bank details etc
Allegedly I'd won 10-free entries into the Lotto for the 3-weeks, all I needed was to confirm my address and prove back details. Not a chance

I had missed call on my mobile. I phoned the number from a land-line, and at first there was no answer. It went straight to Vodafone answerphone. I phoned a second time, and a man with a foreign accent answered. I asked who it was but he just said "You phoned me!" He then asked what company I was phoning from. He was quite rude and abrupt.
