They called up asking if I had recently been involved in a car crash. It sounded similar to that scam that makes you say yes and then uses your recording to claim that you agreed to some contract or scam your credit card or something. They said the name very quickly at the beginning of the call. They quickly said that they will take my number off of their database and then they hung up. This number called my mobile. I ignored it as I did not recognise a Chard number beginning 4. No message was left, therefore it cannot have been important.
Calls then hangs-up after one answers. Tried to call them back & the call gets dropped- hushed voices heard in background!
5 calls today so far (4pm) 4 calls yesterday and the day before, no answer when I pick up and not accepting calls to that number.

Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. Girl called to say they were a legal firm calling about a minor accident I was reportedly involved in around 2014. Hung up.
