(I'm not a Mum!) and the text said that they are calling from a friends phone and their battery is about to expire so please call them back. Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them.
