Woman with bad English reading from a script. Said she was from british gas and wanted us to give our postcode, account number and meter number. We said no and she said she would ring back. Obviously a dodgy call centre as other people have said other companies and reasons for the call! BLOCKED!!

Crypt currency scam, they say you have Bitcoin on deposit with them and want you to reactivate their account to withdraw your deposit.

This number is being used for fraud/scams. They call and accept you of tax fraud and demand payment to stop legl action. DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER. I HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMBER.

Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. SCAM Contacted me about a car accident i had a few weeks ago. knew i was in an accident, knew my name but didn't know anything else. was pushing for information from me about the accident, whether there was another party, any witnesses, what damage there was, what the outcome was. was on phone for roughly 5 minutes. when they tried to take the number of the person i collided with, i said no and she hung up on me. clear scammer.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!

"I've lost my phone" scam addressed "Hi Mum" - will no doubt ask for money if you respond.

Just had a call from this number on my house phone. Lots of noise in the background but no one answered and they put the phone down. Called the number back and number is not recognized, so obviously a scam.
