Used a phone app and it s come up as keeley nesfield. I m not sure if the number is hacked?
Came up on my phone with a truecaller ID of "whatsappnumber 2485", so they are clearly trying to hide who they are by calling themselves something that people might have. I don't have Whatsapp on my phone, so no way of receiving calls through the app.

I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
received a missed call from this number today. First time but as they left no message I m guessing they re untrustworthy. I ve been involved in cold calling in the past & always left messages to unanswered calls so the person I was calling knew there was something legitimate I wanted to speak with him/her about.
