This is a hoax .... say they are from currys and PC world... they offer upgrade on your phone, 1 week on no new phone canceled card payment and direct debit, phoned again today soon as they heard my voice they hung up, I've been keeping the line busy for the past 2 hours .... got nothing better to do. I know ut won't do any good but I must be annoying them and stopping them catching anyone else out.

Robot voice claiming to be from the inland revenue saying I was wanted for tax evasion
Initially claimed to be from sky checking whether we were on the right tariff, after being challenged then said he was from UK tariffs. Cannot find any information on-line about this company. We just declined and hung up as sounded dodgy.

This number called me in today on my landline at 12:45. I answered, they hung up. I rang back, it rang then disconnected. I live in Scotland, the number is from York. I used my mobile to call, same result. What was the point of the call if they have no intention of communicating. There is a point but I am left wondering what!

This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. 01376 333376 - This is the number for F R Shadbolt and Sons Ltd, they're based in Braintree and make doors they have a whopping pension deficit hidden away in the notes of their accounts so unless they're asking for money to help I don't think there's much to worry about!
