They called me to say they were from Scottish Widows Life Insurance Review Team and it was for 12 month review to check my details. I don't have life Insurance with Scottish Widows so I knew it was a scam and when I questioned where they had my details from they ended call. I have had over 20 calls from this number. Today, I asked to speak to a supervisor as I have asked them 13 times to stop calling me. Supervisor talked over me then hung up. They say I am due £1650 back in ppi on a loan taken out in 2005 with RBS. Told them I have never had a loan with them. They then told me Bank of Scotland and RBS were the same bank. Been having calls from numbers that start with the same area code for the past three months. The latest was a silent call from 01340-074585. Other numbers that have called are:- 01340074043, 01340074835, 01340074958, 01340075324, 01340075684, 01340075762, 01340075914. We are TPS registered and ex-directory, and still these calls keep coming. Very annoying. The telephone companies should really block these calls at source. They must have a list of them by now.

Possible Scam Claimed to be from a fines collection service requesting £3k+ . No solid information or paperwork to go with claims but suggested they'd be turning up to collect on the fine shortly. Very aggressive on the phone and hung up when pushed for further information.

One of the many numbers they use to harass people into paying debts for OnScreenMedia based on contracts that have never been agreed or even carried out. The purposefully hide their number or use a method of shadowing their number to make it seem that they are from different areas of the country including local to you. Not only do they breach harassment laws but they also break the law with regards to their contact number
