When I rang back an answer phone came on so I put my phone down in case it was a scam to over charge me.

I have been getting calls and text messages from this company they have also left me voice mails demanding I phone them . When I looked online it says they are from a catalog . Telemarketing for PPI claims. Nuisance calls as they keep calling once or twice a day, sometimes hang up without speaking. When they do speak they try to give the impression that they already have details of what you can claim for while asking intrusive questions. They have twice told me that I will be removed from their call list.

They asked for my wife - using her maiden name and we ve been married for 11 years, where do they get their info from?! Apparently 01234 339 numbers are allocated to BT, who in turn have sublet them to rogue operators like this. Anyroad: add this no. to your blocklist. You can t live without a phone with nuisance call protection nowadays.

It called me and I didn t recognise it so didn t pick up, but then when I called back (after there were no entries here) it said it s an invalid number.
