Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

Called this morning a man with an Indian accent asked for me by name, when I asked who was calling he immediately said I am from then said something I couldn t understand and I am calling about your computer Ok. When I said I don t have a computer he hung up

Kept saying an extra 1.6 billion as been allcated by banks for refunds and kept rtying to get my personel details.

The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. With the way they are handling calls they will be out of business soon. They souldn t be allowed to handle such an important database with customers details on them.

Asian speaking scammers of some sort, refused to say who he was and then hung up (after some abuse from me) third call in a week.
