Tried calling back and although a UK number sounded like an overseas ringtone

SCAM - hid as EE attempting to make steal my money.

THIS TEL. NO. 0208 064 1448 HAS CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES RECENTLY. SIRLUTE SHOWS ON MY PHONE AS THE CALLING COMPANY. I HAVE GOOGLED THIS NAME AND IT IS APPARENTLY A CHARITY. THE PERSON CALLING SAYS THEY ARE FROM A COMPUTER SECURITY/ANTI VIRUS COMPANY.

Got a charge on my phone account from this number who I would not have called without checking here first !!!!! So annoyed got charged £6.11 for this

Telemarketing

Keep calling to talk to manager and whenever we say they aren't available they want us to answer personal questions about our business and when I say I am not able to answer questions without my manager present, they got **** off and said they will call back again.

0013125082271 called with prerecorded general message that my Amazon Prime Account has been renewed for £79, but if I wanted to cancel it to press #1 or to ask any questions to press #2 so I could speak with the scammer. This is a regular call I receive, but first time from this number. I don't have an Amazon Prime Account and that is why they use this method as they hope I will press #1 or, a new twist, #2. Obviously, Amazon would not make such a call.

Very pushy lady, however I was in the mood for a wind up so it was fun five minute argument on my part and a waste of time on theirs. I call that a result :)

Text-to-voice automated call stating that they were BT Internet, there was very suspicious traffic via our IP address and that our access was about to be terminated. Directions to press "1" to "get it fixed before it's too late". I hung up the call and checked the number here and on other, similar sites.

called me about a mirco wave, when i asked what about it ,then put phone down also knew my name , I will be reporting this to the law

SPAM claims to be able to write off debts, but has no details of debts to write off..

07537183270 if my 84yr old mum had picked this call she would have panicked. If I find out who this is, I will get personal.

Caller claimed to be from BT openreach and stated I had a problem with my router and internet connection. Got quite angry when I explained there was nothing wrong with my internet connection (I was on-line working, and kids on-line schooling...) I hung up.

Fraud - called me saying that the national crime unit has suspect my national insurance number has been used for fraud. It was an automated voice and wanted me to press 1 to speak to a person. I ignored it.
