Pretended they knew who I was and that they had a PPI payment for me if I would just confirm my details. Needless to say they hadn t and I didn t. They didn t even know my name.

I got this call today and decided to look it up to find these comments. I never answer my mobile to numbers I Dont know, if it s important they will leave a answer message. Everyone should be doing the same, as once you answer they know you line is active, they will then sell you number to other company s. I used to get at least 7 a day from different numbers but now only recieve 1, most days I don t get any anymore.

Got a quote online following an advert on Facebook. Due to price decided not to take the offer & thought that’d be the end of it. BIG MISTAKE....4 calls within 5hrs & a total of 11 calls in 5 days. This woman with a very liverpudlian accent rang me today said she was ringing about a RTA I had and ringing to help. When I said it had been sorted and please take my number off your database and stop ringing me it was in 2013. She was so abusive and ended in if you keep your hair on a minute I may take it off.
