Very insistent woman claiming that I am due a payment because a 3rd party has admitted fault in a car accident in the past 12 months and I am due my excess back. Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me. I got a message about a delivery of a parcel which I didn’t expect. It’s asking for the payment of £1.76 for the import duties. It has my name,address and the number.
