Number showed as missed call and a blank voicemail was left for me - upon returning the call, the number apparently doesn't exist? I suspect its some spam mobile used for outgoing calls, that doesn't accept incoming calls.

This seems to be a fake GovUk tax office number.

Pakistani said he was called Nahim Amin. Tried to sell me his mum but I said no. He said he could reduce the price I said I’m not interested . Not into hookers. No one answered when I picked up the phone, then line went dead.
Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.
