Possible fraud from someone claiming this as their phone number. Wanting to check who they really are.

Claim to be an insurance company calling about accident you re not to blame for. No indication of asking to confirm name or of any accident date.

DO NOT ANSWER - Scam call from an Asian call centre, openly admitting to charging a premium rate for connecting your call. They begin the conversation stating they are a government scheme aimed at helping pay back loans etc. I received racial abuse from the caller while trying to get information out of him. Have checked all phone records to see if any charges have come through but none as yet, but am unaware if the included minutes have covered this somehow. BLOCK & REPORT.

Had a call from this number on several occasions.

They call asking to speak to the Director / Head of Finance about financial matters He says he is from Birmingham, a quick companies house search will show a CFS Consultancy was dissolved in 2010. Do not give them any information. Report the call to the telephone preference service. FRAUDSTERS

They called up asking if I had recently been involved in a car crash. I believe it is someone who called the wrong number. I got a caller on my mobile. I have my number for more than 10 years. I think she misdialled from her phone. She asked for Gemma. I just said there is no Gemma and she got the wrong number. I can't say if this is a trick or not.

This 20040 number is fairly new to me.. Only five digits? I never picked up; though when returning the call out of curiosity.. there's just a dead line tone.
