Rang 1008, today, Thursday 04/08/22. A/phone kicked in - message reference large payments to Amazon, press buttons to resolve. Rang off. A bit frightening, as is my local area number.
Received call today showing this number, 01900 632310, on my phone. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message on my answering machine. After the call ended the number changed to 00632310. After I blocked the number it changed again to 07808 582578. This is clearly a scam number and very dangerous.

This was the number that called me back after responding to a search on Google for an emergency plumber. The booking for a call out was £50 to start with and then there would be charge for the work done. By the time the plumber arrived a friend had resolved the problem and he was not needed. He still insisted on doing something and then charged £220! When we challenged they reduced it to £150. I advised that this was a total rip off! Do not use 24/7 Emergency Services!

Called my work asking to speak to the business owner about leads generating. I said to send us an email as none of our management are office based and the guy said ok. Then immediately after I hung up the phone, the same number called back again and a different guy was on the line asking for the business owner again. I said "I just spoke to you guys and you said you'd email us" then hung up o him. nuisance callers!

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. I don't think this is a safe number - appears to come from a house in Mansfield Road, Bournemouth but the message says there has been unusual activity on your card mentioning Amazon & an international bank transfer. There aren't any banks in Mansfield Road. It doesn't mention what bank is involved & you can't call the number back I think this is a scam.
