Not in the habit of giving out my personal mobile number to just anyone or any businesses. Although I ve had 6 calls from this number in the past few days, no idea who it is, as I have absolutely no intention whatsoever of answering calls from numbers I do not recognise, especially if they begin 0845. Just blocked the number from my list of recent calls on my iPhone, which sends them directly to voicemail as opposed to bothering me with something I am unconcerned about. This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). We need to fight back against these scammers.

Automated caller saying they were Amazon and that I had purchased merchandise to the value of £1000 on my card, then asked me to press 1 to confirm the order or 2 to speak with ...

I have had the same calls from this guy,. I did make the mistake of paying first time, but since I know of this scam im not no more, but he still keeps ringing me.
