This number rang us just now. We said "hello" 3 times and no-one bothered to reply. Ignorant! I mean PPI is bad enough, but getting a disabled (who can t walk ver well) person up to answer the phone and then just to say nothing is appalling. Why aren t these calls recorded so that their supervisors know they can t be bothered to say anything!

Apparently advertising in local hospital magazine. Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push. I've asked for a copy of their magazine by email but still waiting. "when should we call back half an hour"?
