This number rang us just now. We said "hello" 3 times and no-one bothered to reply. Ignorant! I mean PPI is bad enough, but getting a disabled (who can t walk ver well) person up to answer the phone and then just to say nothing is appalling. Why aren t these calls recorded so that their supervisors know they can t be bothered to say anything!

Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push.
