Hung up when I answered and assumed to be another nuisance call

Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. These clowns told me they were from the tax office. They informed me that a Policeman was 45 minutes away unless I paid a recalculated tax bill. They started shouting when I wouldn t give them my bank details. Put the phone down on these chancers.
