Just received a text from this number that began 'Morning Mum...' (I'm not a Mum!) and the text said that they are calling from a friends phone and their battery is about to expire so please call them back. I’ve just got a text from this number with a link in it, nothing else, just a link. Obviously a scam but I didn’t click on link anyway as highly suspicious. I’ve put neutral only because there isn’t a caution or suspicious option.
Abusing fake advertising seller, after I emailed him back saying I wasn't interested in the "advert" in the "planning handbook" after he implied that he was working on behalf of the planning department when infact he has nothing to do with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
