Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.

They called twice in one week. You always know these people. You answer once, twice and then when you are just about ready to hang up they speak. Lots of back ground noise from their colleagues making more nuisance calls to other poor victims and they ask for you by name but need you to confirm it. You either say they have the wrong number and that person isn t known at this number then hang up or, just say that the line is breaking up and you can t hear them. They get bored really quickly and hang up.

This number called me today about my Hotpoint washing machine despite me asking them not to ring me again when they called me before.
Spam called hung up when I returned call got "number not recognised" message.
RMJB are actually a company specialising in creating leads for investment companies i.e. they are marketeers. In other words they are cold callers.

AMAZON ‘Julie’ rang my landline and said she was from Amazon Security. An attempt had been made to purchase an iphone using my account at nearly £700. Said it was an emergency that I check my emails while she waited. Said I would phone Amazon Security once I had checked. Said she was calling from microsoft about my computer being hacked. She wanted me to do something on my computer according to her instruction! YEAH RIGHT!! That was not gonna happen! When I asked her some questions she just hang up on me. This person is for sure trying to cheet you so just hang up if she calls (or he like the comment before).
