It’s a scam, claimed to be from a bank and not enough funds in bank to complete transactions. Very bad line and eventually the caller hung up, daughter rang number back and it’s not recognised.

Claimed to be Visa ringing about fraudulent transactions on my account. First warning sign - Didn't know who I was. They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. So it would have been Lloyds, Halifax, barclaycard, etc

Called around mid day to say my bank account had significant withdrawals and said press 2 to talk to an advisor. I suggested they did something physiologically impossible!

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. I received a recorded message telling me that an attempt had been made to use my credit card for the sum of £900 and that if it wasn’t me I was to press option 1 (there were no other options) when I called the number back I was told by recorded message that the phone was switched off.

SCAM Thiks was a recorded meesage claiming to be from a 'bank security' firm, stating there had been two unlawful Amazon purchases from my bank account. I hung up at this point, and checked my bank account. There had been no illegal activity on my account. Beware of this number and messages on it.

Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

SCAM Sounded like a recorded message. Which said £1,000.00 had been taken from my Visa Debit Account by an online gambling company in California. I put the phone down.

Impolite and looks like a scam. Telling me he will enroll me into a lucky draw for free but will send me a bill.

SCAM this number is sending out texts that are a potential scam - just received a message purporting to be from one of my sons. On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.
