Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 08437243xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

Just been called by this automated caller saying they are BT and internet line will be disconnected. It then goes on to give you a choice of press one or 2 to not be disconnected or to be disconnected. Doesn’t make sense if they are calling you to tell you it’s going to be disconnected then givie you the choice! Quite funny

answered "can i help you" and they hung up. searched number online and its questioning your insurance policies.

I have been called by these ppi people dozens of times. It's becoming a real nuisance now. Absolute nightmare. Can nothing be done??? :((

Lowell debt recovery. They call every other day. Sometimes 3/4 times a day. Finally answered and they asked for an unknown person. When I told them they had the wrong number they asked for my name. When I wouldn’t give it they hung up

Answered call- lady asked for me by name said she was from a company called Alley about PPI claim- told her I wasn`t interested and to remove my name and number from their listing

Recorded message saying HMRC are filing a lawsuit against me. I blacklisted their number.

and apparently these upgrades mean we qualify for stuff that we couldn't get before. I don't know why these companies feel the need to try and lie and con people into buying their services - I guess it shows the types of company they are.
