They re trying to sell you hold music and messages for your phone system. They claim they work with suppliers associated with your company and state they want to work on a big project with you and your supplier. Obviously a lot of Google bashing goes on before they phone you. They refuse to speak to anyone or tell you anything unless they re speaking to the owner / managing director of the company. Silent Call, then hung up

Phoned me saying that I had entered a competition to win either iPhone/iPad/car/?10,000. They know my name, number, postcode and age. They then tried to partake in weekly lottery draws, saying I had 98% chance of winning. I said i wasn t interested and that i hadn t entered any comperition and then hung up.

I have just had an attempt to scam me of nearly £2000 from this number. Have reported to Fraud action

Call from the number: 07938536820 A Guy called Steven- Asking for bank information, how much I made at work. Asking irrelevant questions asking if I smoke/had a sky package yet knew about a bank loan. Avoid and 101 have been made aware Pretending to be from citizens advice

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
