Call center. Caller said they were from 3 network, offering me a new phone contract. They finally hung up on me after a few minutes of me pretending not to know things about phones.
It s a prank call number, widely reported on other sites. 0870 numbers are premium rate, so don t call it back.
Said they had issued a tax case "in your name" on behalf of HMRC. DO NOT PRESS ANY KEYS!
