Call initially started with recording from a laura mason then tranferred to a man with a foreign voice. He managed to get my name and address and car reg and crash details before i clicked something wasnt right. He wanted me to sign documents in relation to a claim i made for a recent accident. A recorded voice that sounded like I was speaking to someone asked me to confirm that I had a car accident that wasn't my fault, when I answered no it recognised this and went onto another question at which point I realised it was not a person and I ended the call.

I have had this number call a few times, not tried to call back, but others have. Apparently they are claiming to be Barclays and then ask for your memorable information. others have found them very rude when speaking to them. It is possible they are not barlcays at all so be aware

Just made a payment via login to my Vanquis account. Payment made and showing Authorised. BUT after a few mins, here's/following message was being received. 'Your payment has been declined. For security, can you reply with your date of birth?' I'm very much doubted. then immediately checked my paying card's bank account, payment had taken and left from that account.
