I checked with the colleague in question & he confirmed that he hadn t agreed. I advised her of this & told her that when i googled her number it was linked to nuisance calls to businesses claiming to have supported books for local schools. This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Similar numbers from the same range are mostly reported with PPI, car accidents. Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked
