I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. 10-20 calls spaced apart every 5 minutes over the course of the afternoon to an NHS Community Rehab Team office. A bleep sound is heard as though it is a fax call.
