Received text “Hey, long time no see, what have you been up to?” Likely some sort of scam, replying to them doesn't cost anything, however their way of speaking seems to be non-English native.
Paid number. I found that a 20-second call was registered going out of my number to this number, although I never dialled it. I was later charged for the call. I have no idea how it got into my phone and how it auto-dialled.

Fraud this number keeps texting me saying it is my "eldest" and they have lost their phone and need me to pay for this new phone. However, when I ask them their name, they just say "eldest". I dont actually have children, so this must be a fraud act.

SCAM As soon as I answered a recorded message started that two withdrawls had been made from a bank account. No name of bank, name of holder, card number etc etc. This is a scam and is the same recording as several other calls I have received.

Safe number Just spoke to this company. They discussed my current Royal London policy which I have not reviewed before and found that it was no longer suitable. I then spoken to a qualified adviser and have a correct policy to protect my wife and 2 children. Very professional and I am very happy with their service. No hassle, no fees and no pressure.
I didn't answered the phone. The call was located in Russia. I know nobody in Russia. I would be very cautious.

HMRC scam
Rang me twice. When I picked up they said it was from Curry’s PC world, saying they had a promotions for phones and asked what phone I was using now. I said I wasn’t interested, and they hung up without saying anything else. It was quite hard to hear as their environment was loud, sounded kind of like a call centre in India. I’m not a Curry’s shopper so I doubt the legitimacy of this, probably a scam.

It was a voice mail telling me my internet provider would cut off my internet in the next 24 hours and to speak to someone press 1. I thought this to be a scam so put the phone down.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. As with the previous review, received a text supposed to be from Apple telling me my wallet features have been put on hold, due to an unusual transaction, and to visit the link in the text message. Needless to say I have not got an Apple wallet and did not click the link. I assume it's a scam.
