Customer loyalty when you try to cancel

Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.

I rang back with no reply so I tried again later from my landline.Guy answered and I explained I had received a call but they had put the phone down.He apologised and asked for my mobile number and when I gave him it he already knew my name so I asked where he got my number from.He said I must have filled something out online (which I haven t), however I did attempt to get a EHIC card but couldn t get onto the system so I had to do it

I answered the call a male told me was from a computer company telling me I was sending obseen emails and he needed to make amendments to my computer.I said no he started shouting at me to go and sit in front of my computer and switch it on he had work that was needed to be done on it I said no again he shouted even louder at me switch it on so I put the phone down very aggressive

Been called by these people 4 times this week .they say their a finance business looking for someone. the guy seemed nice and professional but gave me the wrong details. so i dont know if their legit or not.(i did'nt share any of my details with him though just to be safe).

Another one of those low life so-called company prying on the misery of the poor, destitute and unlucky in life.

Hasting Direct staff must sell details onto this company, when I challenged the caller he said false information must have been passed onto them. My car was crashed into but it was parked up with nobody inside at the time, the caller refused to believe me calling me a liar and demanded I go for a medical! It s disgusting that a solicitors is so aggressive in trying to get you to break the law by lying, they should be closed down.
