Guy with very strong Indian accent, calls within seconds of me posting an advert on Gumtree. The only way to get at these people is to go onto the Information Commisioner s website and report the number. If enough of us do this, they will investigate the number. There are very heavy fines for companies who do this. Report them every time you get a call - it is very easy to do.
