SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.
Called to tell me that my computer was running slow and offered to take control of my laptop to show me how to cure the problem. I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

Told him not to call my number again he replied I will call this number every day of your life told him I would make a complaint he replied I will call you tomorrow at 6pm told him not to call ever again as it s cold calling., he replied it s not cold calling I am warm He was aggressive and said I was stupid.
