this is a scam, don't click the link as it may be asking for money and information.
Called claiming to be from PDM in relation to easyspace. about a domain that is up for sale and as a loyal customer of theirs we are given first refusal. used company directors as names which are easily accessible. I said i would pass on to manager and call back. as a small company, I know who our domain providers are. when looked up the domain they mentioned, it is registered until 2023. believe this could be a scam looking to register fake domains.

The call is protracted and the caller goes into lots of detail leaving you with the feeling that you have a problem. I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.

Absolute scam. Claimed to be from OpenReach told me they would switch the internet off for 72 hours as our IP address was public and it was a GDPR issue. When I told them to make our IP address private as they actually own the internet, they told me they couldn't. I had to run a software on my laptop to do it. Literally do not do anything they say!
