3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? DO NOT ANSWER - Scam call from an Asian call centre, openly admitting to charging a premium rate for connecting your call. They begin the conversation stating they are a government scheme aimed at helping pay back loans etc. I received racial abuse from the caller while trying to get information out of him. Have checked all phone records to see if any charges have come through but none as yet, but am unaware if the included minutes have covered this somehow. BLOCK & REPORT.

do not know who it is. When answer call it just rings off/goes dead and cannot ring back ? Getting annoyed keep running to answer and its this number 3 times in 2 days now .

I received a text from this number suggesting that I could get a "Covid pass" from the NHS to say that I have had two vaccinations, giving the URL of a website to log on to. I don't trust it as the government has not yet decided to issue Covid passports

Claimed I had won an ipas in a competition. I didn t enter any competition. Scam, ripoff, I don t know but number is now blocked

UPDATE - now verified as the TSB fraud line. All ok.

Telling me they had been advised I had been involved in a Motor Accident . Absolute fiction. Again I told them to remove my number from their database.

Insurance company wanting me to claim for injury/shock/distress following a minor RTA

Phoned at 7.09am Not amused as it disturbed my disabled son and after a recent breakin, not getting much sleep anyway.

The following steps are suggested:

NEVER RETURN A CALL to an unknown number as you may unknowingly be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a very large charge on your bill.

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.
