FRAUDULENTLY CLAIMING TO BE GOVERNMENT FUNDING. FRAUD.
This sounds very dodgy from the start but I played along, chatting with a lady with a foreign accent. It's eventually got to the stage where she asked me for my bank account and sorting code, at which point I asked her a very personal question. She then swore at me and hung up. She had mentioned postcode lottery, and assured me that I had won a European holiday and £399 in cash at one point she said the company was called something like travel and leisure.

Keeps on calling up to 6times a day Blocking doesn’t work they still clme through… Trying to sell me a crypto currency thingy and told them that I’m not interested and they shouldn’t call back :-/ Second time told them what the call was about, they hung up. A female voice claiming to be from Microsoft went through a rigmarole of getting the Event Viewer up. I disconnected from the internet and obeyed. She then tried to tell me that these messages were all about hacker activity on my computer, then asked me to use Run to load Internet Explorer, which I do not have on this computer and I relayed the message "Windows cannot find iexplore". She tried again spelling letter by letter what I should type into the run box. That team member asked me to hold on while

They call scammed People and promise them to be refunded, in fact they call themselves blockchain refund Department. But you have to transfer a percentage of the amount to a Bitcoin account, and from there they make it disappear in a moment. They can be very convincing, they are dangerous.
Allegedly it is BT detecting suspicious activity on my phone and they will disconnect me. As I am not on BT so this is probably an attempt to get my bank details for fraudulent purposes.
