Its a scam about a payment on your visa debit card which passes you through to a very noisy call centre.
appears to be a phishing scam, its a recorded message about credit card suspicious use with a link to follow, i didnt follow the link but did check my credit cards and no such transactions ever happened.

Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.

When challenged he blocked me without any response. How he got my partner’s number is still a cloudy one, but we in the Trans community do not make a habit of encouraging men to “slap us in the face with a (male chicken)” as a form of alarm clock. SCAM I think it’s a romance scam number. Started innocently but then exhibited signs of romance scamming … wonderful to have met you, I love you, I’m hoping all will go well etc… not even met or spoken. Really odd and find the number has been searched a few times which only confirms my suspicions!

Received 2 consecutive calls from this number middle of the night at 2.21 a.m. and then 2.23 a.m. Both times rung 3 tines then stopped.

Answered a call from this number, where the caller, Chris (with a thick Indian accent), claimed to be from O2 and wanted to know how my day was. Since I'm not an O2 customer, I hung up and blocked the number.
