Caller with what sounded like an indian accent asked for the householder -they got name of the householder wrong so clearly their database [ no idea where they got it ] is corrupted . The number appearing on my phone was a N Ireland area code but she sounded anything but irish. When Isaid there was one of that name here , they hung up tartly .
