Caller addressed me by my first name but that was all I could understand, the noise going on in the background (His) drowned out everything else he was saying. Call center, Asian lady claimed there were problems with the broadband in the area. Told her it wasn't my problem and that I didn't really care. Them put the phone down
Fraud Scam. Vodafone support website has a page on which to verify that a number is calling from Vodafone. This is not a Vodafone number. Here's the information I could get from them before they hung up. The caller claimed to be from Vodafone promotional dept offering a new phone upgrade and 2 year contract. Caller was inconsistent in what they said. Once saying a verification email would arrive in 30 minutes then saying 1 hour. They switched for no reason between talking about iphone and Samsung phones.

This number was pretending to beba BT call. It was a nuisance call from a foreign person. As in Asia resident. This person is a hacker. A mind game player, and should not have the right to phone people with the intention of bullying or playing mind games. It is a dangerous call.
Caller said she is calling about repairs that had just been done at my property,I asked what property I have several she then ended call, they have called several times.
