Keep calling our business number so have lots of missed calls from them when not in - they either hang up after a couple of rings or don t say anything/hang up as soon as we answer - nuisance!

I refuse to answer any unknown numbers and I have not given whom ever they are my number or given permission to anyone else to do so. I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. They claim they don't have
