After the 2nd call my screen came up with "Sri Lanka" it was a foreign woman's voice, but each time, the only thing she said that I could understand, was the name of a small village about 2 miles from where I live, but otherwise have no connection with.????????

3 = incompetent: asked me the same question twice, and had no recollection of my answer the first time. Something to do with PPI repayments, and then loans, mortgages, blah, blah, off a script, until I had to hang up.
Caller said they were British gas and wanted a mobile number to talk to a handed person. When refused mobile number kept calling. Called twelves times over a few hours blocking our business telephone line. Refused to stop calling when asked.
