Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

This is apparently a lottery syndicate. They wanted me to set up a direct debit of £39/month. It started from a "win a free iPhone, guaranteed". They asked for my contact details, and then it became apparent that my details would be given to lots of companies. Then 02036346988 called me. Suspected fraud Automated call saying they are calling from Royal Mail because parcel hasn't been delivered twice as nobody was home and to press button for English or Chinese. Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I am very suspicious, as I never got a call from Royal Mail from a mobile number, they normally leave a notification behind to pick it up yourself.
