Caller purported as acting as 3rd party for a Finance Company which I have just used (so far so good). Wasn t happy when started to ask for relatively minor details (address/post code) so caller advised not prepared to discuss further. I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention.
