Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. I received a call from someone who claimed to work for HomeIT Master. They gave me this number to call them back. I did not call the number given but instead called the number on this company website. They confirmed the caller was a scam and that they would never make an unsolicited call to a non customer.
they called my elderly mother concerning an accident over 2 years ago they would not say who they were or why they called, now she is worrying herself over the call. Totally disgusting behaviour
