It was someone claiming to be my daughter saying she had lost her phone and to ring her back on the above number. Daughter was with me at the time she definitely hadn't lost her phone. So in my opinion it was a scam.

SCAM Has called 5 times in the last 2 weeks. Automated message £300 spent at Amazon and £1000 bank transfer to a foreign country. Alleges to come from your bank but doesn't say which one! Lady claimed that unknown to myself I have a bitcoin account open in my name with 4.5 bitcoin in it. All I needed to do was prove my identity and she would kindly sort out how I could activate the account and claim my money. I reported HSBC to make a new debit card as I doubted my card's details were hacked last week. And a woman just rang me from HSBC by like Indian accent. I doubted HSBC wouldn't ring me like that. I told her to e-mail me and I hung up, and I blocked the number of 0345-600-8050, and I checked the number on this site. I already got a new debit card recently. Why did the genuine HSBC want to ring me now?
