This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers - unclaimed bank charges, PPI, uncalimed financial services. Caller told me they were from visa and someone was trying to use my card for something costing over £900. It said I should press 1 to cancel or 2 to go ahead. Its obviously nothing to do with Visa so I pressed nothing and hung up the call immediately.
