The caller said words to the effect "We are phoning regarding your recent accident which wasn't your fault" There was a short pause during which nothing was said and then the call was ended by the caller.
Got a call at 6.40am this morning disturbing my last half hour in bed.

We were awaiting a phone call from our GP. This number rang and when we called back it said there would be a charge to connect if we dialled 3. The number was dead!!! We can only hope we have not been charged.
3 times these person called me after saying twice nicely that I wasn't interested and hanged up. The 3rd time wasn't so nice and asked to speak to management and he refused to and then was threatening as well saying who do you think I am and do you know who I am etc.
Cold callers who call numbers registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and hang up without comment when you say "not interested".

I rang them back and ascertained from them that they had bought a quantity of telephone numbers from various sources and their computer was ringing them trying to get a positive response to their FREE BOILER initiatave. The number is from SCAMMERS. When you pick up the phone when they call, you get immediately the waiting music. This is typical scam behavior. If you call back, you probably get into an expensive hotline.
