Asian female poor english said calling me to sell me gifts and toys from the fun house, asked why she had called me said she had just told me why, i have never heard of them i said this was an unorthorised call and she hung up.

I was called by this number on 4 Oct but it rang off before I could answer. My phone generates a caller list and for this number it was shown as 02070-603887. Normally 0207 or 0208 numbers do NOT have a hyphen inserted in them, therefore I am suspicious of it & have not rung it back.
Polite and useful call centre
Purport to be "government agency" calling in regards to a recent motor accident. There is NO SUCH AGENCY OR TEAM - they retrieve accident details from Shared Insurance database and are calling to push for third party insurance claims.
