Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.

Also used my wife s name, instead of mine, and she s not an Orange/EE customer. Told them I could hardly hear them. They said they d call again soon with a different headset. Don t trust them. Received a text message from this number claiming to be Barclaycard and my account was charged ?800 to call immediately. It is not Barclaycard I called and for less than a minute got charged ?1.77 it?s a scam.
