This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey. They have now changed their number. The spoofing still carries on and people are getting missed call messages with this number on their mobiles and landlines. Phoned twice on Saturday morning. I answered but stayed silent. No sound at all from the other end and was cut off after a few seconds. Assume it was an automated call.

Does relate to an account setup. It s a company relates to crypto and it s a courtesy call. Caller is actually in Cyprus not London Dodgy number but thanks BT for allowing such things legal but misleading. Call genuine.
They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!
